Notice of Action on a Title V Construction Permit
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) opens a public comment period on April 22, 2012, to issue a construction permit in accordance with Regulation 2.03, for Eckart America Corporation, 4101 Camp Ground Road. The 30-day public comment period starts April 22, 2012, and ends on May 23, 2012. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
Drafts of the permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Paul Aud at (502) 574-6000 or emailing airpermits @ louisvilleky.gov. Copies of the application are available upon request. Written comments will be accepted at the District office until 5:00 p.m. on May 23, 2012.
