Vengeance Is a Non-Rewritable CD and a Host of Condenser Microphones

Am I intimidating yet?

In the shower this “morning” [morning for me, lunchtime for you] I was hit by a bolt of pure diabolical vengeance, albeit on a small but snarky scale.

Sometime soon, with the help of one of my sound-nerd buddies, set-up an arrange meant of condenser microphones all about my basement apartment. In the living room. In the bathroom. My bedroom. Underneath the overhead vents for maximum sound capture. This, of course, being a ploy to record the distinct — incessantly so — sound patterns generated by my neighbours and their tantrum-ceceptable children living above.

On the day of my permanent departure, as I leave I will slip underneath their front door the particular “music” of their restless, cantankerous children stamped eternally onto a CD-R.

Or so the thinking of an equally grumpy young-adult-male woken prematurely from his slumber goes.

I’ll probably just write a haiku.
