Cor-Jus Enterprises strongly suggests that you clean your condenser area at least twice a year. Dust, dirt & pet hair can eventually clog up condenser coils, raising tempatures and straining your high-end appliance which may lead to a costly repair.
We recommend the following steps..
1) Turn off power.
2) Lift away top grill.
3) Vaccum the condenser area and grill with a brush attachment in a up and down motion ONLY! Pressing side to side may bend or damage coils.
4) This should be done twice a year.
