Breakthrough in the production of Copper Alloy Condenser Tubes ...

Apeldoorn Metals International B.V. of Apeldoorn/Netherlands, also known as AMI-Dutchmetals are proud to make the following announcement: 

After a development period of many years, the China based Golden Dragon Copper Corporation, the largest producer of industrial copper tubes in the World with several production units in Asia and America, have achieved a breakthrough in the production of copper alloyed condenser- and heat exchanger tubes and have trusted AMI-Dutchmetals with the sales of these products in Europe and other areas of the World.

The Golden Dragon Henan Longhui Copper Manufacturing Inc. Have developed and patented a cast- and roll system for the production of coppernickel and aluminium brass condenser tubes and have built a very impessive new factory for the production of these products in their home base Xinxiang in Henan province in China with a capacity to meet much of the world’s demands in these alloys.

After continously casting mother tubes these are reduced with a patented system, after which they are reduced to final sizes on impressively big spinner blocks.

The produced coils are the basis for the final products, which will be level wound coils, pancake coils and straight lengths. Further newly developed and specially constructed equipment will reduce and finish the tubes to their final shape. An impressive independent Quality Assurance Control department continously overviews the production and quality of all produced materials. This manufacturing process is absolutely new, after the industry has used and is using the traditional manufacturing way of casting billets, extrusion, pilger rolling and bench drawing reductions for many decades.

All produced materials comply strictly with the requirements of the ASTM, EN, GB and JIS standards. With all control systems in place, Golden Dragon will issue all required material certifications and on request initiate a 3^rd party inspection.

The consistency in composiotion, tolerances and mechanical properties are second to none, the material has first class surface properties and offers very practical applications such as big level wound coils (LWC).

A few samples of this fine new production will be displayed on our AMI-Dutchmetals stand on the Tube 2012 show in Düsseldorf nr. 4H03, which you are cordially invited to visit. Small samples will also be available and Golden Dragon sales staff will be present for information and discussions.
