Condenser session | Lifting Report

Didn’t get a chance to hit the gym last night so I condensed 2 days into 1 tonight.

Pretty good session considering I was trying to hit shoulders, triceps and back. Managed to get an extra rep at 70kg on the military press and got 3 reps at 132.5kg on close grip bench. The only nause up was I accidentally went up to 35kg on the standing press, just checked my log and it was meant to be 32.5kg this week. A 5kg jump on dumbbell work is a bit too much.

By the way, WTF is wrong with people these days. What happened to common courtesy? When I get off the train in the morning, people are trying to rush on before I have had a chance to get off , it’s not like it is a crowded train or anything, everyone still gets a seat? In my mind, it is logical and courteous to let people off the train before you board – society is definitely going down the shitta in my books.
