Condenser compatibility - Microscope Forum

I have an Olympus CHA and I'm trying to add some third party accesories.

I measured the condenser and I saw it's 37 mm diameter. I've bought a third party (Brunel) dark field condenser with a diameter of 37 mm as well, but seems I can't fit it. Maybe the original Olympus condenser is a little bit below 37 mm? The fit is very tight for the original one, but I'm unable to fit the dark field one.

Is there anything else I shold be aware of? I've just ordered a Lomo phase contrast kit and an oblique condenser, both 37 mm, and I'm wondering if it will fit at all...
